Do I have to be there?
Only as much as you want to be. Some clients are involved in every decision; others prefer to step out. We will agree this beforehand.
What happens to my belongings?
Anything you want to keep is set aside. Usable items are donated to charity or, where they have value, can be offset against the cost. The rest is recycled or disposed of legally.
