How much does hoarding cleanup cost?
Costs depend on the size of the property and the volume of items, plus any cleaning or pest treatment needed. We give a clear, fixed price after a free, no-obligation assessment, so there are no surprises.
How long does a hoarding cleanup take?
Anything from a single day to a couple of weeks for severe Level 5 properties. We agree a realistic timescale with you before we start.
Will you judge me?
No. We treat every client and every home with respect and discretion. There is no lecture and no pressure.
What happens to items removed from the property?
Anything you wish to keep is set aside for you. Usable items are donated to charity or resold; the rest is recycled or disposed of legally.
Can a hoarded house be saved?
In the vast majority of cases, yes. Even severe properties can usually be cleared, cleaned and restored to a safe, liveable condition.
Do you offer free house clearance?
Where the resale value of items covers the cost of the work, the clearance can be free of charge. We confirm this after assessing the property.
Are you licensed?
Yes — we are fully licensed waste carriers, so everything we remove is transported and disposed of legally.
